RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (unless defective)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

at Blackdot Shop's discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return request.
  • Wait for approval and return instructions before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Blackdot Shop offers free delivery across the UAE.
  • If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by Blackdot Shop.
  • For customer-initiated returns that are not due to a product defect or error, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it may fall under the standard return process outlined in this policy.

8. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or fails to respond to delivery attempts, Blackdot Shop reserves the right to deduct any applicable handling or return costs from the refund amount where permitted by law.

9. Fraud Prevention

Blackdot Shop reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Abuse of the return policy
  • False claims
  • Excessive return activity
